A Global Remote Tech Support/ Managed Services Provider is on the lookout for suitable candidates to fill the vacancy of “Technical Support Executive”. Selected candidates will be in charge of handling the help desk team for all existing clients

Requirements:

- Ability to multitask and diagnose basic computer hardware and software issues

Fluency in Written and Spoken English, and be able to converse with clients based abroad.

- Be willing to work on a rotating 24/7 roster. (Transport provided for after-hour shifts)

- Be overall tech savvy person and ideally completed a degree in IT or currently pursuing a degree.

- Microsoft certifications in Desktop will be a definite advantage (Eg. MCSA Windows 10 etc) - School Leavers who wish to pursue a career in IT Support can apply as and “Intern” Basic Salary + Performance Incentive + Medical is provided.
