Requirements A university degree, or other relevant professional qualifications Proven work experience as an HR recruiter or similar role Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills Experience in TopGrading, or other similar recruitment methods Meticulous, organised, proactive and able to work independently Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multinational environment Experience in IT recruitment is an advantage Responsibilities Develop and update job scopes, job ads, recruitment tests, and self-assessment questionnaires Attract applicants by placing job advertisements in job sites and participating in career fairs Manage recruitment drives Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules Source, screen and interview candidates Drive forward organisational best practices in the area of talent recruitment
